Overnight Oats with Mixed Berries

  1. In a mason jar or a bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture seems too thick, add a little more milk to achieve your desired consistency.
