Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Dry the chickpeas thoroughly with a towel to ensure they become crispy when roasted.
  3. In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil and all the spices until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the chickpeas on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. Shake the pan or stir the chickpeas halfway through to ensure even cooking.
