Time Frame for Returns/Refunds: If you’re not entirely happy with your Eve, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, the box itself can be opened, but all individual products inside must remain unopened. We cannot accept returns of any items that have been used or opened.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at help@Eve.co.uk. Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you’re requesting a refund. Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.

Shipping Costs for Returns: Please note that customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives back to us.

Exceptions to the Policy: Refunds will not be issued for any products that are opened or used. Our policy ensures that all items remain in a condition that adheres to our health and safety standards.

Refund Form: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. This credit will be applied to your Eve account and can be used towards future purchases.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed and the store credit to be issued to your account.
